Precision Targeting and Scalable Campaigns Drove 85% Revenue Growth for U.S. Beauty Brand

A U.S.-based beauty company brought me on at the end of 2024 to build a Google Ads structure that could scale efficiently without sacrificing profitability. The goal: more conversions, more value, and better returns — all from smarter spend.

After launching a tailored campaign setup, the results were clear:

  • Ad spend increased by 74%, rising from $130.3K to $227K, an increase of $96.7K.

  • Conversions grew by 83%, from 2.85K to 5.22K, adding 2.37K additional sales.

  • Conversion value jumped 85%, increasing by $486K to reach $1.06M in total revenue.

  • ROAS improved by 5.6%, from 4.45 to 4.70, highlighting better return efficiency.

We achieved this by launching category-focused campaigns, prioritising high-intent queries, and aligning creatives with beauty products stages, all while ensuring scalability through accurate performance tracking.

By Q1 2025, the business had transformed its paid acquisition into a profit engine with a long-term structure for sustainable growth.
