Lean Spending and Strategic Optimisation Drove 19% POAS Growth for U.S. Retailer

A U.S. retailer brought me on as their dedicated Meta Ads expert to improve performance while keeping spend under control. The goal: drive more revenue without relying on aggressive budget increases.

Between October 1 and December 31, 2024, we executed a lean and highly targeted strategy that delivered strong results:

  • POAS improved by 19.25%, growing from 1.94 to 2.32, meaning significantly more revenue per dollar spent.

  • Ad spend decreased by 6.78%, from $204K to $190K, proving that smarter spend can outperform bigger budgets.

  • Total conversion value reached $441.5K, highlighting the effectiveness of refined campaign targeting and creative optimisation.

By focusing on high-return audiences, tightening campaign structures, and continually testing creative, we turned Meta into a more efficient and profitable channel for the brand, setting a strong tone heading into 2025.
